Welcome to the first edition of Rate My Space..I'm all sorts of excited to finally get this party started..
About a month or so ago I asked my readers to send in pictures of their Family Rooms, well today we are gonna be voting on said Family Rooms..Can I get a Woot Woot!!
Once we have it narrowed down to the top 3 Family Rooms..I will then choose the winner from your top 3..
On Friday I will post the top 3..just so y'all know..and then on Monday I will post the winner and the reason why I chose that Family Room..
All you have to do is vote for your favorite Family Room..
The winner will then be highlighted on my blog for a week..So on Monday the 15th I will post the winning Family Room and the reason I chose it..

i love #4 and #1...I can't decide. #4 is more my style, but #1 has all that lovely light. hmmmm....i'm gonna stick with #4. both are quite lovely though.
oh...and p.s. my pictures are such crappy quality compared to everyone else's! next time i may have to bust out my real camera instead of being lazy and just using my iphone....oh and maybe vacuum or something :).

I like #1!! Its so bright with those amazing windows and has that clean crisp feel! Love it!
oooh. i love number 7...those huge windows are super bright, but the pillows are what do it for me!

So I thought this was going to be fun...well it is a lot of fun but I didn't imagine how difficult it is to just pick one! There are so many beautiful rooms!! Holy cow...anyways...if I only get to choose one...I'll go with...#1. Can't wait to see the next space! :) Great idea Keely!
#1 Is very much my taste. Clean, simple, bright, cheerful. I like an uncluttered home without a lot of knick knacks. Well placed pieces and colors that reflect the natural light give the appearance that the room is larger than it is. Love it!

I like #5. I can see myself relaxing and having good talks with good friends.

#4!!! I like a family room that you can use. Not something that you're afraid to walk into for getting it dirty or breaking something.
first of all. everyone who participated in this very brave; considering my living room is such a disaster. Honestly, i would be embarrassed for anyone to see my mess.

Hmmmm.....it's betweeen #5 and #7. I'll go with number #5.....it just seems very serene and uncluttered and I like that.
While they are all nice and very homey looking (I like the homey comfort feeling), I'mg going to have to go with #1!

I have to say #4 HANDS DOWN. As a homeschooling mom, I see lots of books which means comfort and learning happens. It looks lived in yet really nice to have people over. YOu won't be afraid to visit and sit and relax in their living room or have fear you would mess anything up!
