The Bridge Week 7



I seriously can't believe we are already to week 7! 


When we started this Hot and Healthy gig, I had no intention of all the exercise's being Pilates..


But once I started, I just couldn't stop..


There are just so many good ones and who doesn't love long and lean muscles..


For this weeks exercise, I chose The Bridge..


The Bridge works your glutes and the back of your thighs..not to mention your core..


I love me some Bridge! 





I hope you all enjoy The Bridge as much as I do..
