I don't know about you, but I am definitely not feeling hot and healthy..Thanksgiving ruined me..Not that I didn't enjoy shoveling every yummy morsel down my throat..I totally did! Now it's time to get back on track..Time to hit the gym hard, like, real hard..
It's time to get down to bizness and give y'all another exercise to do. Yeehaw! The Pilates leg exercise's that I gave you last week are pretty awesome, don't ya think?
So this week, let's work on our glutes and thighs..The video also has a little ab work too..:-)
You may want to take breaks in between exercise's if it's too hard..
Doing these exercise's with the leg exercise's that I gave you last week and y'all should have some smokin' legs, glutes, and thighs!

Going to have to give it a shot, feel so bleh from Turkey day! And I had two of them!! And we are making cookies while we decorate the house! Ok back on track on Monday!!

I agree...I'm not feeling so hot since Thanksgiving. I can't wait to do this work out as I sometimes think I should do some pilates. Thanks!
Thanksgiving ruined me too!!! Tomorrow is a new day though and I am going to work my butt, arms, legs, abs, etc off in the gym. I was actually doing this work out last week so I will continue it for this week as well. Good luck this week
