Did the weekend go by super fast or is it just me..cause it blew by!

So now it's Monday (sigh)..and I'm gonna join in on the Not Me! action today..To see what all of the other Not Me'ers have been Not Me'ing check out MckMama's blog.

First I have to say that I can't believe I'm gonna admit this..cause it's kinda gross..and really, I'm not that gross of a person..really..I'm not!

So last week I'm walking by the kiddos bathroom and I smell some horrid stench as I walk by..think portapotty that hasn't been cleaned..evah..

I go into the bathroom and notice pee like all over the floor..dried crusty pee *gag*..

It was not me who walked out of the bathroom having no intention of cleaning it up..It was not me who shut the door and ignored it for 3 days..and it was soo not me who told the kids to just use my bathroom cause theirs was so gross..Wouldn't a normal person clean it up as soon as possible!?

I ended up making the boy clean it up..He was the one who did it and all..

Moving on..

I am not secretly happy that this happened to my phone..

I would never be happy that my phone broke..my newish phone..I mean seriously...it was only a few months old and I actually liked it..but now..now..

I am totally in love with this..the replacement phone..say hello to my little friend..

the iPhone.

How could I not be secretly happy..I guess it's not so much a secret anymore..;-)

1. How many piercing's do you have?


Well, i used to have a lot..but now I have 3 (working) holes in each ear..but never wear more than one pair at a time..back in the day..I had earrings filling up both sides of my ears..and the little tab part of my ear (did that one myself)..I also had my nose pierced, but that didn't last long..my belly button was pierced 3 times...twice by moi and once by a pro..the pro one hurt the most.

My first instict is to say New York..I've been a few times, but I'm actually gonna go with Philadelphia..the city of brotherly love..


I would really love to go to Charleston, SC and Savvanah, Ga..I think I would like them better than New York and Philadelphia..more my style..

Don't really care..it'd be pretty cool if the Saints won though..just sayin!

Both please..but not together.

Yesterday I posted my little idea..check it out and let me know what you think..

A little idea

So I mentioned yesterday that I would be posting a "little idea" today..

As most of you know..I'm gonna be doing "rate my space' on my blog..If you don't know you can read more about it here.

Anyway..I'm assuming you all know by now that I love decorating, making my home pretty and also rearranging..If only I liked to clean half as much..sadly (to the Hus), I don't.

I love to read magazines and get inspired by the pretty pictures and their suggestions..

I love getting  my readers involved and having an interactive blog..

With that being said..a couple of bloggy readers have suggested that I not only do the "rate my space' dealio, but also have readers submit pictures of their spaces that they would like "help" with..such as rearranging tips, decortating ideas, and just overall suggestions.

Here's how it would work..I'm still trying to figure out all the deets..so bear with me..

For those of you who are interested..you would send me an email of the room you would like "help" with..and the reasons why..

Then once a week, month, whatever..I would post your room on my blog with your reasons..then all of us..would give suggestions, tips, and ideas to help you with your room..

That way you could get all of our perspective and hopefully implement some of our suggestions..how cool would it to see after pictures..super cool..

So those are my thoughts as of today..

I want to hear from you if you think it's a totally lame idea or totally cool..

Tomorrow I will be having a giveaway..it will coincide with "Getting to know YOU"..

Inspired

I'm baaack..Did ya miss me..huh huh did ya?  Well, I missed you guys, that's for sure!  Not that I actually was gone for long..and I totally did not stick to my word..I guess I truly enjoy sharing my life with you guys..So when I didn't post for a day..it.felt.weird.  So when I posted Wednesday I felt better..but then I didn't post Thursday and it felt weird again..

Anywho..I'm back..and I'm feeling inspired again..Inspired to write super fabulous posts..with pretty pictures, fantastic finds..and fun ideas..(ahem)..well, I'll try anyway..:-)

I think when I wrote this post..blogging was becoming a chore..I felt like If I didn't post everyday y'all would unfollow me or stop reading or something.  Honestly, I think I just needed a little break..and that's what I got..so..here I am.. in all my blogging glory..

I have decided though..that if I don't have anything that I feel is blog worthy one day..and I don't do a post..I won't let it bother me..

On Wednesday I mentioned that Emme (my 7 yr. old) was trying out for the gymnastics team..Level 4.  Well, I am proud to say she made it..Yay!! 

I'm not too keen on the practices though. but we'll figure something out..it's.a.lot. Nine hours a week. Good times!

Later I will be posting a little idea..I want to know what you all think of it..maybe yes, maybe no..so Fabulous Find Friday is taking a little vacay this week..

Also, voting will begin very soon on the "rate my space"...so look for that..

Missing my peeps..

Hey everyone..I'm having a hard time not blogging..and I'm missing my peeps so I just wanted to bop in real quick and say howdy..

Anywho..It's the kiddos 100th day of school today so the first graders had to dress up as 100 year olds..They paraded their old selves around the school for all to see..It was pretty hilarious..

Emersyn cracked me up so I just wanted to share with you what my little old lady of a daughter looked like this morning..

Isn't she just the purtiest thing you've ever done seen..

Also..Emersyn was asked to try out for the gymnastics team at gymnastics..so she'll be doing that tonight..Good Luck Emme!!

Uninspired

I'm feeling uninspired today..I have nothing to blog about that I think is blog worthy..

I mean do you really want to hear about my new iPhone..

It's pretty and all and I'm sure am loving it..but do you really care..

Seriously..

So with that being said..I'm gonna be taking most of the week off..

I need a break..

I've been blogging pretty much non stop since I started at the end of June..Saturday was the first day that I hadn't blogged in months..and it.was.nice.

Of course I'll miss you all these next few days..but I'll still be tweeting and reading..just not blogging..oh and Thursday I'll be going totally dark..like not on the computer at.all.

But, I'll be back Friday..with bells on!

I know I've said this before..a few times..but I really, really do appreciate that you read my blog..all of YOU!
